We aim to ensure that all employees, management, and freelance trainers with access to personal data are aware of and abide by their responsibilities under these laws.
As a training company, DG Training collects and uses personal information from both employees and training candidates. This is necessary to meet the requirements of awarding bodies and funding agencies. We are legally obligated to safeguard this data, whether collected electronically or on paper, and ensure compliance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
Any personal information supplied by candidates will be stored securely in paper and electronic form and will be used by DG Training and REHIS/SQA/Highfield to keep a record for the purposes of registration, certification and maintenance of records of achievement. To allow us to continue to provide this service, candidates will complete the relevant registration form and agree to Personal Data being exchanged between DG Training and REHIS/SQA/Highfield.
