Guided Learning Hours

The course is designed to be run during a half day session, with the course handbooks being made available to candidates two weeks before the course to enable pre-course reading.

Form of Assessment

There is a single examination for this certificate comprising of 25 multiple-choice questions.  The duration of the examination is 45 minutes.  Certificates will be awarded to those candidates who achieve 18 marks or more.  Candidates who score 17 marks or below will be given the opportunity to re-sit the examination.

The SCPLH (Scotland) and APLH (England and Wales) are statutory training qualifications for individuals applying for a personal licence in Scotland, England and Wales. DG Training offer a number of personal licence courses for individuals working in the licensed trade including refresher and re-qualification training.
