This package is suitable for those wishing to get into a role within a spa or for those who are already working in the industry but who would like to progress by gaining formal qualifications.

Candidates will learn how to provide the best service for clients, from creating the right impression using communication, through to dealing with complaints while working in a team. They will learn how to offer excellent customers service and work effectively as part of a team.  Candidates will gain an awareness of first aid and relevant legislation, as well as how to look after their own wellbeing.

Form of Assessment

A short test concludes the learning within each module. A passmark of 80% is required to successfully pass the course.

On successful completion of each module, candidates will Flow Learning certificates accredited by CPD, The Institute of Hospitality and RoSPA.
