Online Hospitality – Guest Service

This package is suitable for those wishing to get into a role in Guest Service in hospitality or for those who are already working in the industry but who would like to progress by gaining formal qualifications.

Candidates will learn how to provide the best service for guests, from creating the right impression using communication, through to dealing with guest complaints while working in a team. They will gain an awareness of the role of the receptions, from checking in guests to bills and payments. Learners will practice telephone skills, how to handle cash, reservations and hotel management systems.  Candidates will also complete modules in customer service and legislative requirements relevant to their role.

Form of Assessment

A short test concludes the learning within each module. A passmark of 80% is required to successfully pass the course.

On successful completion of each module, candidates will Flow Learning certificates endorsed by CPD, The Institute of Hospitality and RoSPA.
