REHIS Elementary Food Hygiene Course By E-learning - SCQF Level 5

The REHIS Elementary e-learning pack allows candidates to access the training at times convenient to them and work through the course at their own pace.  It consists of:

  • A log-in and password
  • The REHIS Elementary Food Hygiene Handbook for Scotland
  • The ‘Question of Food Hygiene for Scotland’ Intermediate Workbook

The REHIS Elementary Food Hygiene Course is designed principally for those who are, or intend to be, food handlers within the catering and hospitality industry. Holders of this qualification will have knowledge and understanding of their expected behaviour as responsible individuals within food safety procedures.
