Louise's enthusiasm and excellent communication skills ensure that candidates get the maximum benefit from their training.
With over 20 years experience in the customer service
and hospitality industries, Louise is well aware of the high standards
expected by today’s customers and how properly trained staff can help
your business achieve these expectations.
In 2003, after many years of hands-on experience,
Louise decided it was time for a change. To allow her to pass on her
extensive knowledge to others, she gained further qualifications and
became a trainer.
Since then she has been working closely with
many local businesses to help identify and meet their training
requirements, enabling them to achieve higher standards of service.
With the recent changes to Scottish Licensing
Legislation, it is essential that all staff working in Licensed premises
in
DG Training offers the option of in-house delivery of
all courses, allowing staff to carry out training within a familiar
environment.
Louise is also available to carry out Freelance Assessing and Internal Verification for NVQs in a range of occupational areas.
